Warangelic Beautifully written blackened death metal with a lot of things going on without it sounding like randomly stapled ideas. A must have. Favorite track: Merciless Inculcation.

about

Drawing inspiration from traditional and modern black and death metal, Through Mists delivers a darker, angrier and more moody follow up full length to Kingdom of the Sky and The Forest's Edge

Having fallen out of favour with his flock, and after both a betrayal and subsequent attack from the eagles and vultures, The Traveler sets his sights on revenge and unleashing his wrath on both groups. He begins by confronting his former friends, who in turn chase him out over the open waters, and over power him with sheer numbers. Battered, bloody and beaten down, his anger still seethes and he attacks the Eagle Elder Council directly, only to find himself attacked by Cloudshredder and dozens of vulture young that again drive him to the open water. The young vultures' hunger and over enthusiasm leads to them eating The Traveler's wings right off his body, and he is plunged in to the crystal cold waters of the deep ocean
